Willem Worldwide is the armour for the other, the discarded body finding its identity again and again.

The world they build as a brand, is to highlight the presence of otherness. Allowing the wearer to explore an always evolving, always learning, self-journey of identity. Their practise has a strong focus on materiality. Finding a duality between contrasting materials that can act as a protective layer. They like to call it club-ready modern-day armour!

Willem Worldwide was officially birthed in Naarm (Melbourne) when they presented their first collection No Fixed Shape as a part of Proximity, back in 2019. Since the pandemic and relocating countries, they now work from their studio in Otautahi, New Zealand. Each piece is hand-made by Willem in Aotearoa.
