This jersey skirt is a circle-to-bubble skirt that features a tie in the hem facing. This skirt can be worn back to front or with the sides at the front, this changes the panel placement. Depending on how you tie the cord in the hem, the skirt can be a bubble or gather style, while taking the cord out altogether makes it a circle skirt.
