Sucker accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items returned later than 14 days will not be accepted.
Sucker only offers a refund of full payment for faulty or damaged items within the 14 day cut-off.
For any other returns we provide exchanges and store credits if items are still in their original condition and have not been washed, worn or tags removed.
Exchanges or store credits will not be accepted for any other reason.
For hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable unless deemed faulty.
Due to occasional stock discrepancies between in-store and online or high order volumes, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.
Pick up in-store orders can be collected up to 6 months from order date. After this the order will be returned in exchange for a store credit.
