Please note: All purchases made in store on the 30th - 31st May in the Sucker Sale are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Sucker accepts returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items returned later than 14 days will not be accepted.
Exchanges and store-credits are accepted for items that are still in their original condition and have not been washed, worn, or returned without tags.
Sucker offers returns with a refund of full payment within 14 days if the item is received damaged, or is damaged due to a quality issue.
Due to occasional stock discrepancies between in-store and online or high order volumes, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.
Pick up in-store orders can be collected up to 6 months from order date. After this the order will be returned in exchange for a store credit.
